What to have ready when you get in touch
- The main type of project. The form lists home additions, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, full home remodeling, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and new construction. If your plans mix several, pick the largest and describe the rest in the message.
- The full property address. Your lot, its zoning and the city that issues your building permit all depend on where the house is, so the address shapes what can be built.
- When you hope to start. Choose immediate, within two months, within six months or flexible, so we can talk about design and permit time against your date.
- What you already have. Photos of the rooms, any drawings, plans or HOA rules, and a short note on what does not work in the house today.
- If you plan to live at home during the work. Several of our clients stayed in the house through construction; telling us early lets us plan the work around you.
Not sure which service fits? Our guide to planning a home addition and the project portfolio are good places to start, and the about page shows our license details and the team you will work with.
